Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Tenterden is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in Tenterden, United Kingdom. We provide weight management consultations and prescription and non-prescription weight loss medicines to eligible patients in the UK.

We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription request where it is not clinically appropriate to do so. Providing false or misleading health information may put your health at risk and may result in your account being suspended.
All prescription medicines are only dispensed following a clinical assessment by one of our qualified prescribers. A valid prescription must be issued before any prescription-only medicine is dispensed. We do not dispense prescription medicines without appropriate clinical oversight.
Prescriptions are issued at the clinical discretion of our prescribers and are non-transferable. We may decline to issue or renew a prescription if it is not considered safe or appropriate for you at any time.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are charged separately from the cost of medicines. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address. Delivery times may vary during bank holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe, appropriate delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines under UK pharmacy law.
Non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in an unopened, undamaged condition in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of the outcome.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Tenterden are intended to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your NHS GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medicines prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medicines may carry risks and side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medicines and to seek immediate medical attention if you experience any adverse reactions. If you have a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing clinical and pharmacy services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
